Yes = 네(nae)
No = 아니요 (aniyo) or 아닙니다(animida)-this is formal way

Yes = 네 / ne (polite) - sounds like English Yea, This can also mean "Yea, 'Sure' and 'Ok'
No = 아니요 / aniyo (polite).
