Emma Goldman preferred life and joy (dancing, which she really enjoyed) over anarchy (political disorder, i.e revolution). She was just saying that if she would be denied life and joy (would not be able to dance or enjoy life) by joining the revolution (she will be imprisoned/persecuted/made to suffer), then she would rather not be a part of that revolution (even though others were encouraging her to join the cause). It was her decision and she wanted others to mind their own business.
