What english speaking TV channels could you advice?
I'd like to watch something neutral, about culture, for example. Not TV shows, movies or news channels I mean everyhing above is OK in addition, but not all the time.
The country doesn't matter, It only has to come from English speaking country.

I definitely advice you the BBC especially BBC World Service...It's great and I learned so much from them. TV and Radio. Try to listen a lot and watch many BBC English programs.
