Just wondering if a similar phenomenon also doen't happens in the spoken languages. Different accents are not a kind of change in the prononced letters? When are we familiar with an accent, we understand the words, doesn't matter how the letters are prononced?

It is easier to understand than to write in that way. @Liza also have a good point. It works for russian and, I think, to all languages.
