Yes yes I do agree , I had met a lot of Asian people around the countries that I had visited , and yeah they really look younger than their real age :) I have read that Japanese people is really healthy which means that the real age of the person doesn't seem on him-her .

I am an Asian and I don't think there's a definite rule that will apply here. 

100% agree. Asians look ageless... specially chinese's & japanese's
