Are any other teachers/ tutors experiencing late payment from iTalki? It seems like they have not been able to pay on-time like they did before? Beginning to wonder to they are experiencing financial difficultiies.

Yes, they´ve always transfered my payments on time; BUT in my case, my difficulty is that PERÚ (the country where I´m from does not allow paypal payments, I mean: banks in Peru do not work with the paypal system or alike ones, therefore Western Union was the easiest and more comfortable way to cash my payments as a tutor from Italki, HOWEVER, now Italki has announced that by the end of June, they will not transfer payments to teachers via Western Union and that concerns me as that is the only available way peruvian teachers to cash payments, at least as far as I know.
My request would be that Italki continues working with Western Union, as an alternative for those countries where paypal system is not allowed :(

Not that I know Annie. Infact , I withdrew my first tutorial fee after a year and I collected over $1,000 and it was transferred to my Paypal account exactly 10 days as they promised. So far, they have always been on time in transmitting to my paypal account what is due to me.
I don't think they'll be in financial crisis since they collect fees from both the teacher and the student.
