A sushi without a main ingredients (sea foods) is not not sushi anymore.

Sushi do not have to be with fish at all! I used to prepare sushi with other ingrediens like canned tuna, chicken brests and other. For vegetarian it is a good idea to try sushi with vegetables. So tasty!

I am a vegetarian and hence I am not on friendly terms with deadly dead fish.

Sushi without fish is yummy, though.
