"Anybody"
"N'important qui parle le francais?" would that sentence translate to "Does anybody speak French". If not, what should I say?

Someone/somebody: quelqu'un
Anyone in certain cases: n'importe qui.
I'm not sure, but I think that when anybody/somebody are interchangeable you should also use quelqu'un.
Cheers!
