In my hometown there are two famous food . one is the Spicy salted duck (we call it "周黑鸭"),it taste spicy and sweet, the other one is Hot dry noodles with sesame paste (热干面). wow, those food are so delicious in my memory ,make my mouth water--ing , how about you guys ?

and the specialty food is what we call '' La poutine ''.
It's made of hot french fries on which you add chunks of cheese and a special brown sauce...
It's very delicious but not very healthy !!!
My hometown is Buffalo, NY....and there are always the foods that every Western New Yorker MUST have when they visit back to their hometown:
Buffalo Wings
Beef on Weck
Sponge Candy
Pierogis
Haddock Fish Fries
and oddly pizza (its completely different then rest of US with few chain stores and 100s of family pizzarias)
....just to name a few of the favorite and tradional foods of the area.
Plus wash it down with a Loganberry drink
haha , i want to try all authentic cuisine in the world .. O(∩_∩)O~
