Haha. I used to work in customer service. Once I had a VERY angry customer who was yelling at me. I responded by being EXTRA nice and smiling. This infuriated them so much I thought they were going to explode, and they couldn't even get me in trouble, what would they tell my boss, that I was being too nice and friendly?
