Difference between MODO INDICATIVO and MODO SUBJUNTIVO?

Hola,

please is there anyone who could give me clear and simple explanation regarding the difference between Modo indicativo and Modo subjuntivo in Spanish language? When to use one, and when another rule? Thank you very much!

The modo indicativo it  express  that certainly one person realize, or realized or will realize that action
Ex:
Yo canto
Tu cantas
El canta
In modo sibjuntivo it express a desired or request to realize that action.
Ex:
Yo cante
Tu cantes
El cante

I hope you understand ...
