would you please tell me how can i type pinyin with tones mark on windows 8?is there any program?

no, the language pack doesn't include letters with tone marks :(

Impossible. There are webpages that do this. Just Google them.

I recommend that you install a software called sogou pinyin with which You can mark 4 tones by shift to particular font. Because I'm using it. I hope it can help.
