You can enable the Window Input Method Editor that comes with every computer.  Go to Control Panel>Region and Language>Keyboards and Languages>Change keyboards. Then you can add the keyboards and languages that you want. Hope that helps. :)

You may download some softwares to enable your PCs to key in Chinese (including traditional or simple chinese characters) . I know the yahoo in taiwan has offered such a software that  I am using . It is quite easy to setup and use it . Once you download and install the software smoothly , you can type traditional and simple chinese characters as you wish .

any problem , feel free to click me and I can conduct your installation

Hi Ashely. Just to add what's already been commented on, you can edit your keyboard and choose a variety of Chinese inputs (i.e. Chinese Simplified vs. Traditional, Hong Kong vs. China vs. Taiwan vs. Macao). It's all a matter of preference whether you want to type Simplified characters or traditional characters. I personally use the "Chinese (Simplified) - Microsoft Pinyin New Experience Input St" in conjunction with Google's own Pinyin input method and it works great!
