It's a liguistic phenomenon try to get in touch with psycholinguistics . phenetics is the science which studies the production and the reception of the speach sound I think the native speaker of English is not obliged to study phnetics or pronunciation his mother finger prints and social circumstances where he uses the language are enough to pronounce English sounds accurately .
