esteja means are,how about estamos and estais,estao,what's the difference between esteja and these three words ?

esteja = present subjunctive ''Espero que você esteja feliz em sua casa nova.''
estamos = first person, present indicative ''Nós estamos felizes nessa casa.''
estão = third person, present indicative ''Eles estão felizes.''
estais = second person, present indicative 'Vós estais cansados''...this is more formal
