Can you pronounce all Arabic sounds ?

This question came from the reality that many of Arabic sounds don't exists in other languages; like the sound /خ/ for native English and French speakers,eg: خاتم ring, خُبز bread, ساخِن hot.
There is also the sound /ض/ which some linguistic say that it exists just in Arabic,eg ضَباب fog , فضيلة virtue, فضُول curiosity
Another sound is /ح/ eg: حَمامة pigeon, حُوت whale , حِصان horse.
So how you deal with this problem? Tell us you experience.
