In the first sentence instead of "It says" should be "It is said". The statement is general and you are not siting anyone in specific.
Also, I suppose it is preference but I like how the sentence is already structured as "Forgive and forget - is it possible?" It has a dramatic effect to it.
SE DICE is better translated as IT IS SAID.
The last sentence "Forgive and Forget—Is it Possible?" would sound better in spoken English as "Is it possible to forgive and forget?"
