I'd say if you're confident enough, then start reading books in english, that way you will be able to expand your vocabulary and when you do try to speak English with someone, the words will come out naturally without having to think about them too much. Tust me it works! Although if you don't like reading books, then i suggest watching english TV shows and movies without subtitles. :) Your brain will automatically begin to mimck what you hear on TV when you speak.
