Yes, as people have already said, it's definitely Italian. Originally it's actually a song by Domenico Modugno.

It's not in standard Italian language, but in a dialect, a southern one, I don't know which one exactly. My guess would be it's Neapolitan. :)

Oh sorry, I checked on YouTube and you was right. It is ˝na˝ but that word was strange for me so I thought it is ˝una˝.
