@Paul Cusack  -  That should be, "... ang pinakagusto kong pelikula" (the movie I like best).  "Ang pinakagustong pelikula ko", based on context, can be understood to mean the same as the previous one if said by one who is learning Tagalog.  However, a native speaker would not say it that way as its meaning is really, "the best liked/most popular of my movies".  Of course, Tom Cruise would be correct if he were to say so.  ;-)
