i want to know some American culture
firstly, Americans value the process most or the result ? do they also think process is far more improtant than result just as we Chinese do?
secondly, i know Americans are efficient at work, does it mean they can only do things related to job, things like chatting with colleagues is forbidden?
thirdly, i know job is a very important part of their life, do Americans often break their promise with family members for the sake of job?for example, if a American father has promised to pick up his child , but he has job at hand, will he still go to pick up his child?
