When your friend or relative sneeze, we usually say in Russia:

Будь здоров!/Budy zdorov!

What do you say in this situation in your language?

In this case, we usually say in Arabic: يرحمكم الله; which means: Allah bless you/ God bless you :)

In Uruguay we say : ¡Salud! (Good health)

Or : ¡Dios te críe!
