LEO: if you would like to teach chinese, please leave your skype ID X

LEO: If you would like to LEARN Chinese, please leave your skype ID. I want someone who can TEACH (me) English. GOOD!

OR

LEO: If you would like ME to teach YOU Chinese, please leave your skype ID GOOD!

if you would like to teach chinese, please leave your skype ID <<This makes sense if you are a recruiter or own a school, and you want to hire someone to teach Chinese (to others)

If that was your intent -- you could add an indirect object to teach to say TO WHOM ... something like this:

English teachers -- if you would like to teach Chinese to my son, please leave your Skype ID

to teach (something)(TO someone)
to teach (someone) (something)
to learn (something) -- no indirect object usually

Do you really mean 'teach' Chinese? You are Chinese, why do you need someone to teach you Chinese?
