Hi! It's a song in Italian. The song in the video is a remix by Eiffel 65 and it's titled "La Vita È (Eiffel 65 Rmx Radio Edit)". The original song is "La vita è" by Nek.

According to discogs.com (http://www.discogs.com/Nek-La-Vita-È/release/1102794), there are three versions of the song:
1- La Vita È (Album Version)
2- La Vita È (Eiffel 65 Rmx Extended Mix)
3- La Vita È (Eiffel 65 Rmx Radio Edit)

You can find all of them in YouTube.

By the way, Nek sings in Spanish as well. Here's a link to the same song in Spanish: http://youtu.be/9-C2Mupkj7E (and this is the remix by Eiffel 65: http://youtu.be/08wJbk1kGOg).
