You shouldn't use more because the degree of this adjective word in order is: easy, easier, easiest. Using more/most is irrelevant and grammatically incorrect. I hope this helps.

Both are incorrect you will either use the word more or ad er to the end of the word
The correct answer is easier.

I agree that « easier » is the best option (you can’t use both more and -ier together), but I assure you that even native English speakers sometimes make this same mistake. 😊
