Simon
this is my self-introduction in an English interview. Hello, my name is simon and my Chinese Name is SuJiaming. I graduated from Sun-Yat-Sen University, a top 10 (or maybe top 20) University in China 3 years ago, majoring in software engineering. Since then I work for Tencent as a backend engineer. My major work is to develop a paying system that connects medical insurance systems all over China with WeChat. We aim to help people use medical insurance payments more conveniently. With our system users now can only take a phone and show their QRCode to finish a medical insurance bill. To be honest, I'd have learned a lot from the woke experience and was promoted to a senior engineer from a junior engineer within 3 years. However, as I become more familiar with the work content, I find it less and less challenging. I start to lose my enthusiasm for the job. Hence, I want to seek a more challenging job. However, as I have become more familiar with the work content, I have started to find it less and less challenging and have started to lose my enthusiasm for the job. For this reason, I am now seeking a more challenging job. (To be continued)

你好 Simon. In formal or business writing, we don't usually use numbers, but write them as words - unless it's a big number. When you are counting the time that you have been doing something, ("since then"), we need to use the perfect tense: "have" + past participle (usually the verb ending in "ed"). Well done and good luck!
