Linkimals
I have 11 months old and her toy called linkimals is singing below,
"hello friends how are you today are you ready to play let friendship light the way, laughing learning each and every day together as we play the linkimals way!"
I don't the difference between "each and every day" and "every day".
Why does this panda sings "each every day" instead of every day?

There's almost no difference. Maybe it provides the proper number of syllables to match the melody of the song and rhyme.
"Each and every day" is a bit more emphatic than just every day. It's stronger. Now that I think about it, it feels more like a phrase you'd hear in a speech or an inspirational message. In daily conversation, it wouldn't be super weird, but it's less common.
