ESSAY: help students to cope with stress during exam period If you asked students how they feel about the exam period these are the answers you are more likable to receive: no sleep, big amount of coffee as fuel and lots of stress. Given this situation, what are some measures that education centers, such as universities and schools, could do to help their students? A possible option would be to establish a structured revision timetable prior to exams. Usually, students do not know how to organize their time efficiently and unfortunately, most of them tend to procrastinate their responsibilities and end up studying at the very last moment. Leading them to study all the syllabus the night before and suffering from sleep deprivation. If teachers did revision sessions, these might force them to study ahead and even will lead them to gain knowledge of the subject instead of just learning it by heart and then forgetting it. Teachers should also encourage students to have time for leisure activities. Students should have time for themselves not only for their well-being but also in order to be productive. It is better to study 1 single hour if it is productive/ effective rather than spending 10 useless hours in front of a book. Students need to be able to have time to socialize, practice sports and relaxation apart from their responsibilities. In conclusion, I think that both of the approaches I have suggested would help students to deal with stress during exam periods, but the most effective one would be to help them organised their time to be more prepared and therefore not feeling overwhelmed.

ESSAY: help students to cope with stress during exam period

If you asked students how they feel about the exam period, these are the answers you are <s>more likable</s> most likely to receive: no sleep, <s>big</s> large amounts of coffee as fuel and lots of stress. Given this situation, what are some measures that education centers, such as universities and schools, could <s>do</s> take to help their students?

Hi Paula! This is very well-written. One thing I might suggest that you review is quantifiers and countable vs uncountable nouns. Three of your errors ("more likeable," "big amount" and "all the syllabus") have to do with this subject. Here's a good site explaining it: <a href="https://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/english-grammar-reference/quantifiers" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/english-grammar-reference/quantifiers</a>;. This is something that only comes with practice :)

Let me know if you have any further questions!
