Correct my letter of complaint , THANKYOUU
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have just taken part in an accredited english language course, organized by your Academy. I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction at the school I was given.
To begin with, the education was not at all as I had been led to expect from your advertisement.
Firstly, the experienced, native teachers, we had been promised, turned out to be university students on a summer job. Ms Clark's (my teacher) hold on the language was, to say at least uncertain. This was evident from the first day, when she could not answered our questions correctly.
Added to all this, my class was a total disaster. Regarding to the brochure, you offered non-mixed classes. Despite of this, the half of the students from my class, has never been spoken in English before.
If it's still not enough, there was no exam preparation and all of the tasks were given by old Pc-s. After this experience I felt my level of english was worse, before I came.
I don't think so I have to explain how disappointed I am. Therefore, I wish a certain refund from my fee. Furthermore, would like your advice and assistance in this matter.
I look forward to your prompt reply.
Yours faithfully,
x

Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently completed an accredited English language course from your academy. I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with this course.
The course was not what I had been led to expect from your advertisement. The experienced, native-speaking teachers we had been promised turned out to be university students on a summer job. Ms Clark's (my teacher) knowledge of the language was questionable at best. This was evident from the first day when she could not answer our questions correctly.
Also, the class itself was a total disaster. Your brochure claims it offers non-mixed classes but half of the students in my class had never spoken English.
As if all that were not enough, there was never any exam preparation and all of the tasks were given on old PCs. I feel my level of English is now worse than before I started the course. I am extremely disappointed.
I am requesting a refund of ((X Euros)). I appreciate your attention in this matter.
I look forward to your prompt reply.
Yours faithfully,
x
