Each country has/ Countries have their own crepe recipes/. In your conclusion, I would not introduce new ideas, I would finalize my thoughts with general statements, restated from your earlier paragraphs. "Each country has its own version of crepe recipes. Crepes may be prepared for special occasions, an everyday meal, or a snack. The versatility of the crepe, which may be either prepared as a sweet pastry or a savory meal, contributes to its popularity, which also depends on cultural influences or special occasions and traditions within a culture."
