He told them that these lovely foreigners wanted to find out that how could Chinese drink soup with chopsticks. The two men felt it was very fun. Immediately, one man held up his bowl to drink and another one picked up a spoon. It was clear that the crowded dispersed quickly.

It was clear that The crowded dispersed quickly on seeing their obvious actions.

1.  I have noticed that you still put commas before conjunctions such as "but".  These are unnecessary in my opinion.  Use them for dramatic pauses.  This is not the case here.

Don't forget about Koreans, Thais, etc. Even now here in Los Angeles many other foreigners use chopsticks in Chinese restaurtants!
