You are writing to them about taking lessons from them.  You don't have to be so overly polite in your writing.  Remember you are giving them the business!  You are not writing to apply to a school etc.  At the same time, you don't need to be rude either. You must write from a position of power, business like and polite.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in response to your advertisement, which I have seen in an international magazine. I am interested in having tennis lessons at your school and I would like further information about your courses.

I saw your advertisment in an international magazine.  I like what I saw and hence this letter of inquiry for more information about tennis lessons offered at your place.

I am interested in the one week course.  Can you please advise me of the cost of the lessons.  Would the cost be the same if taken at different times, say those taken in September?  Would they be the cheapest at that time?

First of all, I would be grateful for details about your One-week course, I would be interested to know how much the course costs and if there are any changes in price that depends on what month is chosen? Could you tell me whether cost of the course in September is cheaper than in other months?

As for the schedules, I did not see any offered in the afternoon.  Is this true?  In case of rain will the classes be cancelled and rescheduled or that they are held elsewhere.

I also have some queries regarding course’s schedule. In particular, I would like to know if there are any activities in the afternoon. Could you also indicate where the coaching takes place in case of rain?

Finally, I am also interested in group rates and coaching sessions.  What kind of groups do you have and how many in each group?  Pease advise to which group as I should be joining depending on my skill level?
