A Foreign English-Speaking Student Is Coming to Stay with You.
Hi Mary,
How are you? How are going your travel arrangements going? We all are all very excited, because there is are only two weeks left for before you to come to our home.
I would like to give you some information about my family. I live with my husband, Andrés, and my two daughters, Teresa and Carmen. During the week, my husband is usually at work. He spent spends a long time in commute commuting and arrives home very late. For that reason, we spend the weekends together. We like going to the mountains or visiting towns near the beach. We also have a lot of friends and like spending the day in a barbecue barbecuing. You can join us in all our activities, and I’ll introduce you to our friends. They are very kind and friendly. Carmen and Teresa are a bit shy with new people, but they are both are intelligent and cheerful. You’ll love them.
Do you usually help at home? In our family we all share the household housework. We use a chore checklist, is the an easier way not to forget the remember chores. For example, Mondays I normally do the laundry and clean the bathrooms normally, while Andrés irons and does the shopping. The kids dispose of rubbish take out the trash and tide tidy up the bedrooms up before going to school. I would also like you also to help us with the chores, and for example, tide tidy up your bedroom, etc. up and fix the house up.
You don’t need to bring any towels neither or sheets.
I’ll pick you up at the airport the day you arrive to in Seville, so please give me please the date and time of your arrival.
I’m sure you will enjoy in our home and you will spend a wonderful time. We hope to meet you soon!!
Yours sincerely,
Encarna
