Recipe—Stir-fried Mince with Mint(From Yunnan China)/菜谱—薄荷炒牛肉(来自中国云南) I want to introduce one of my favorite hometown dish to all of you. My hometown is Wenshan, a small city located in south-east of Yunnan province, China. Spicy food is very popular in my hometown. 我想给你们介绍一种我最喜欢的家乡菜。我的家乡是文山,一个位于中国云南东南部的小城市。辛辣的食物在我的家乡很受欢迎。 The recipe name is Stir-fried Mince with Mint. PS:mint is a necessary ingredient when we cook beef/fish/mutton. 菜谱名字是爆炒薄荷牛肉末。备注:薄荷是我们烹饪牛肉/鱼/羊肉的一种必需的配料。 Ingredient includes Beef mince, ginger strip, dry chili piece, xanthoxylum, solt, chicken powder, vinegar. 配料包括牛肉末,姜丝,干辣椒段,花椒,盐,鸡精,醋。 1st Step Add oil and chili pieces into wok and heat until the oil is going to burn and chili pieces is burnt. 第一步:往锅里加入油和辣椒,加热至油快要燃烧,并且辣椒段变糊的时候。 2nd Step Put in ginger strip and xanthoxylum. 第二步:加入姜丝和花椒。 3rd Step Few seconds later, add mince when you smell the smell of ginger and xanthoxylum, then stir mince quickly until all red mince turn to be dark grey color. 第三步:几秒钟后,当你闻到姜丝和花椒的气味时,加入牛肉,快速搅动翻炒直到红色的肉末变为深灰色。 4th Step Put mint in wok, turn off light, add solt, chicken powder and vinegar as much as good for you, mix it until you think the solt and chicken power is distributed equally. 第四步:加入薄荷,关火,按自己喜欢的分量加入盐,鸡精和醋,搅动到你觉得盐和鸡精都分布均匀。

1st Step

第一步:往锅里加入油和辣椒,加热至油快要燃烧,并且辣椒段变糊的时候。
2nd Step
Put in Add a ginger strip and the xanthoxylum.
第二步:加入姜丝和花椒。
3rd Step

Put the mint in the wok, turn off light the heat, add solt the salt, chicken powder and vinegar to taste as much as good for you, mix it until you think the soalt and chicken power is distributed equally.
第四步:加入薄荷,关火,按自己喜欢的分量加入盐,鸡精和醋,搅动到你觉得盐和鸡精都分布均匀。

 

Sounds yummy but I cant make it becaus you have not specified the amount of any of the ingredents ( how much mince, how much xanthoxylum?) When you write a recipe you need to tell people how much of each thing to use, unless it is something like seasoning which you can then just write 'to taste'.
