Hey there Latifrons. Let's give this essay a look over shall we?
All things, for all people , EVERYWHERE
Harrods is probably the most famous department store in the UK . It's over 150 years old and it has 330 departments on seven floors. On special days, about 300,000 customers come and spend their time and money in Harrods.
More than 5, 000 people from over fifty different countries work for the store. However , the staff are not just shop assistants. Harrods has its own hairdressers , doctors, bank, fire brigade, and much more . A huge team of people clean and look after the store. This includes checking and changing the 11,500 light bulbs on the outside of the building.
.
Harrods is famous for providing all things for all people everywhere.
Whatever you want, you can buy it at Harrods,
from expensive jewellery and furniture, to paper and pens.
Someone even bought a baby elephant called Gertie as a present for Ronald Reagan. However, many people come to Harrods just to look and not to buy and this can be a problem. Sometimes the doorman doesn't let people in because they are wearing the wrong kind of clothes.
[Amazing! You might explain what kind of clothing can get you excluded from entering Harrods.]
(a) Keep your period at the exact end of the last word of a sentence.
Do not leave a space between the last letter and the period.
(b) Do not leave a space between the last letter and a "," comma.
(c) Do not type doctor's and hairdresser's with a comma and an s.
The comma and s is used to show Possession of something by the subject, such as; the doctor's office or the hairdresser's salon.
The s on the end of doctors and hairdressers in your essay, shows plurality, or more than one doctor and more than one hairdresser.
Here's another example. "I read Bruce's criticism of my essay." This is not showing that there is more than one Bruce. It shows that the criticism belongs to Bruce's actions on italki. See?
------------
This was a very nicely written essay. It was certainly comprehensive and thorough. You covered all the interesting subject related to the store.
You might have mentioned the income of the store over the period of a year.
But altogether, very nicely done.

We don't usually put a space in front of a comma - so 'bank,' is correct, and 'Harrods ,' isn't. The same goes for full stops/periods.
Jewellery isn't expansive, it's expensive. Expansive means either open and demonstrative (of a person), or covering a lot of issues/a lot of literal space; expensive means costing a lot of money.
Other than that, your writing is really good. Well done!
