I'm here again My computer was broken for 5 days :( I had to format it (I don't really know if that is the right way to say it, but what I mean is that I had to delete everything from my hard disk and re-install Windows in order to restore my computer's functions). I'm happy because I can study English and make my schoolwork again :)

... for five days There is a rule (which many people don't observe) that numbers from one to nine or written in words, rather than in numerals. It's no big deal.

I had to format it. Correct. However, because the computer drive was already formatted, it would be even more accurate to say: I had to reformat it. OR I had to format it again.

. . . delete everything from my hard drive . . .

I'm happy because I can study English and do my schoolwork again. :)

Thank you. And, yeah, Pc's can be a headache. You are like the 11th person (after Mark) who suggests me to switch to Apple. I guess I'll keep it in mind until I get a good job and can afford a Mac, hehe :)

Haha I have never worked on a Mac. I think they are cool and they also have a lot of advantages. They are quite expensive, though. I'm glad that you wrote "formatting" because I was wondering if the gerund of format would be formating or formatting haha I had no need to ask :P Thanks, Mark :) Rebecca: yes, it's frustrating. You know, I tried to install Windows 8 on my computer, but I couldn't...I mean, I installed it and it worked until I noticed that my wireless network adapter didn't work with that operating system :( Such a shame because I find windows 8 quite simple and cute haha. I had to go back to my old but beloved windows 7 :) I'm sorry, I think that was too much about computers. Thank you Rebecca for your comment. Have a lovely week.

Get a Mac! :P Just kidding. Haha. Formatting your computer takes a long time, and there is no guarantee that it'll work. I'm glad that you got it back!
