The Ambiguity of the English Language. If I were the teacher, I would give the student the full marks. This is because the question was asked ambiguiously. Shame on the tester and the marker. If you don't understand, just ask. This is from a Facebook friend. :)

I didn't get the answer of 82.5. Perhaps it's is 1:22am over here and need to go to sleep. I can say zero since all my digital clocks have no hands :)

Reminds me as a kid, the question was 'what is the angle between the clock hands at 12:15?', I said 82.5 deg, everyone else said 90 deg, and guess who was the only one marked wrong. Object? Useless, they refused to understand.
