A typical Sunday Italian lunch
It's not Sunday in Italy without the typical dish of "pasta asciutta" or "pastasciutta". The "pasta asciutta" is a dish where the pasta is cooked without a broth and it is not a soup.
Today I ate a very tasty pasta asciutta, more precisely I ate a typical dish typical of Bologna (the city): the "Tagliatelle al ragù". The Ragù is an Italian sauce mainly made with butter, oil, a chopped of celery, carrots, onions, meat chopped too, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and red wine.
Both the tagliatelle and the ragù were homemade, the my husband's mother is a wonderful cook! :D
I wanted to share with you this good dish so I have photographed (taken a photo of) it.
Buon appetito to all! ^___^
