Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to apply for the tennis course advertised in a sport magazine last week.
I am fond of tennis and have always wanted to improve my skill in playing this amazing sport game. When I have known found out that my favorite tennis player is going to lead the course, I have made my decision immediately.

However, there is one problem which will not give me any the opportunitiesy to finish the course. I am not a citizen of England and unfortunately, my visa is going to be expired in 2 months. With regard to this I will not be able to attend the 3rd month of the course.

Considering the rule about the necessity to pay the whole course in advance, I would like to know if it is agreeable to get refund a part of the course money for the course because of the mentioned reason.

It would be gratefully appreciated to receive your answer as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,
Dmitry Petrov
