她怀孕了, 时间差不多生出. 差不多是时候（该）生了。（There is a fixed phrase to say this, so just remember it "差不多是时候（该）xxx了"）
She is pregnant, nearly time to give birth.
他正在锯木头. (非常棒！)
He is sawing wood.
她戳她的舌头. 她在吐舌头 （吐舌头 is the way we say it. You don't really need to translate every word literally, here in this case "her" can be omitted, the meaning will stand the same.）
She is poking her tongue out.
在实验室的学生在进行科学实验. （As you can see, I changed the positions of your "在"， but they have different meanings in the sentance, the first "在" which you wrote means the the position of the students, it is OK you wrote in that way, but since I think it is better to write another "在" to stands for "they are doing", two "zai" sounds verbose here, then I will suggest to omit the first one.）
