But Serangan Fajar was not only about money, but any things. Also, money politic will be given to people in any times. But, Serangan Fajar will be given to people only in the night before the Poll will be hold. If the Poll will be carry out tomorrow morning , Serangan Fajar will be given to in the early morning (Fajar mean early morning). And no other person know when someone gave the gift to people. I discussed the topic of Serangan Fajar with village people over the course of I was there. And they asked me what Serangan Fajar is legally? I said to them that Serangan Fajar is not good.
