should young people choose their job freely or realistically

Some people think young people should be free to choose their job, while others believe that they should be realistic and think about their future. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

With the development of economic and technology, more new emerging jobs appear and some traditional jobs are extinction. Facinged with choosing their job, young people are currently having more choices than previous generations. Some people deem that young people should be free to choose their career. However, others argue concern that they should be realistic considering their future. As far as my opinion I am concerned, both thoughts are reasonable to at some extent. 

Some important driving factors of success in career are interesting, passion and focus. Whenre young people can choose their jobs freely willingly, they tend to devote themselves in their work. First of all, interests of certain area are directions of job choosing. If young people combine their interests with their work, they usually work more efficiently. Secondly, people who have passion on their work are willing to pay more attention to the details and work hard overload to pursue peruse a high target. Therefore, employeeer can get sense of fulfilment and companies can have a high quality quantity result. 

Admittedly, when people choose their job, it is  something to do with not only about enjoyment and fulfilment, but also material need and salary. Hence, when graduates are faced with choices of job positions, they should also consider others factors. For one thing, they should make sure that they have enough knowledges and skills to handle take the job. Most job positions are asking for experienced and skilled person, while most graduates do not have equivalent qualifications quantity. For another thing, young people should also consider how much the salary is. 

In conclusion, judging from all the evidence offered, we can safely arrive at the conclusion that young people should balance the freedom and realistic reasons when they make decision about jobs. Job choice is a big decision in their life time, so they should make decisions wisely and patiently.
