The most similar expression in English De gustibus non est disputandum (lat) Different strokes for different folks. Is this excpression suitable for indicated Latin phrase?

"De gustibus non est disputandum," "in matters of taste, there is no argument." 
Yes; "different strokes for different folks" carries a similiar meaning. "So many men, so many opinions" is another.

Literal translation is : Taste is not disputed. Different strokes for different folks is ok, albeit US English. A more suitable translation would be: " To each its own."
