Seeing your Chinese is better than a lot of other Chinese learners at italki, I'd like to give some possibly more advanced knowledge to you. (It may cause confusion for beginners).

我们/我们家  --- 我们 is alright, I just want to tell you that Chinese people say both我们or 我们家in this context, and the latter is even more common when you put this sentence at the beginning of your article. Otherwise, if you have said something about your home before, then 我们 is more commonly used in this sentence, because readers have already know something about your family and your house. Maybe my explanation is not to the point, for the usage is pretty subtle for non-native speakers while difficult for natives to find out what ever the point is.

我们住的房子是个独门独院的 ---- The use of “独门独院” is great! (---How have you found this perfect phrase? ;) But then the 个 is not needed here, whereas in 后院里有个菜园 the 个 is acceptible.

我的房子里面有三个卧室，两个卫生间 ---- It seems the previous correctors differ on if there should be 里面 in this sentence. With me, when 有 means 'include', as in this sentence, we'd better not use 里面; but when you are talking about both the inside and ourside of your house, or you are comparing them together, you may put it like this: 我的房子里面有三个卧室，两个卫生间..外面有...

1我们住的是个XXXX的房子。

2后院里有个菜园。（“个”或“一个”）

3房子里有三个卧室，（里面可以不用说）

还有，房子里有一间是办公室 ，也可以，但是我们更多的说“房子里有一间书房。”不过，你们住的房子在北京我们都叫别墅，所以别墅那么大，它里面的书房叫办公室也很正常。“办公室”这个词我们一般指专门用做商用的房子。
