Suggest a new time

Dear Sally,

I am writing to you to suggest a new time to meet on Tuesday.

I need to change the time because my mother will come at home for lunch and this means that it will be impossible for me to meet you at five o'clock.

If possible, could we meet at eight o'clock instead?
