I have to leave early today. Today is my wife birthday as for I have to leave early.I have to pick up my wife at her office. Is it okay I will come early? hope you consider it, I will recover our weekly work time.

Today is my wife's birthday and I have to leave early to pick up my wife at her office. Is it acceptable to you that I come into work early to make-up my lost work time? I hope you would please agree to this arrangement.
