正确的写法是“过分”。
读音:guò fèn
释义:说话、做事)超过一定的程度或限度
造句:
1.你太过分啦!居然迟到了1小时!
2.你说的话未免太过分了!

It should be 过分, actually they are variant forms of the same word which means most of Chinese can't tell the differences of them. It stems from the pronunciation of 分 in this word (4th tone, fèn). 分 in Chinese is pronounced more as 1st tone, and 份 is 4th tone, therefore when it comes to writing, people mistakenly use 份 in this word. After decades of misuses both forms of this word are now admittedly used in informal situation.
I am also learning English please forgive my mistakes in this explanation :p

One of them is correct and the other one is a typo. I can't be sure which is the correct one. Either one would be fine because we Chinese people can understand you very well
