IELTS Writing Task 2 - Retirement Time With the ageing of society we are now beginning to see a growing interest in further abolishment of mandatory retirement. Do you think that mandatory retirement in obsolete or should be sustained? By the developing technology and starting modernism, a new progress of hiring be started, due to this trend, the employers preferred to hire skilled work force instead the employees with high amount of physical activity. This attitude caused to start many discussions about retirement and the situations that cause someone can or must be retirement. It seems self-evidence that all the time some persons like to continue their job, although often there are some group of people that they want to become retirement. Insofar as economy and trade are concerned, if you can do plenty of your duty, it does not really matter how old are you or how years have you been working. Nowadays almost all hard physical activities are being done by the machines and nobody needs human’s force to do regular activities. The farms and factories only want someone who can control and service the equipment. Thus it is obvious that many employers prefer their old expert workers stay at work. They do not like waste their time and their money to educate new young workers. As we can hear frequently in the media, these days almost all governments in the world have a huge challenge with unemployed workers. People expect them to solve the problem of unemployment. There are many complaint from people in which they claim elder workers got all vacancies and they do not have any opportunity to find new job. They emphasize to retire elder by force. On the other hand we know there are many staff that work with hope of retirement time. They do not like work after a period of time. In the mean time I think all the men most have the same opportunity to work or rest. They most can choose only depended by their willing and their abilities in equal situation by the others. In the progress that make based on this idea, anyone will find their right place and any each taskmaster can find their right employee.
