5.里面的人太多了，我坐不下。
6.这扇门，我关不上。
7.这条河你跳得过跳不过=跳不跳得過=跳得過嗎？
8.她下去说不了。 →Can you show me the sentence in English?I don't know what your mean.
9.这个东西太贵了，我买不起！
10.这个毛病他改不了。( In this particular sentance I wanted to express the lack of his ability to get rid of the bad habit, to change a bad habit.. :)
11.你明天过来得了过来不了=過不過得來=過得來嗎？
12.这个教室二十个人坐得下坐不下=坐不坐得下=坐得下嗎？
13.人人都中文学得了学不了？中文人人都學得好嗎? (In this one I meant : Is everyone able to learn Chinese? )

I want to show you three ways to express your sentance No.1.2.4.7. Their meanings are the same.
So don't be confused if you hear someone uses one of them.
1.黑板上写的汉字你看得清楚看不清楚？＝黑板上写的汉字你看得清楚嗎？＝黑板上写的汉字你看不看得清楚？
2.他说的你听得懂听不懂？＝他说的你听得懂嗎？＝他说的你听不听得懂？
4.你吃得下吃不下？＝你吃得下嗎？＝你吃不吃得下？
7.这条河你跳得过跳不过？＝这条河你跳得过嗎？＝这条河你跳不跳得过？

I perfer to use second or third way(like 你吃得下嗎？你吃不吃得下？), as you can see, the first one(like 你吃得下吃不下) makes the sentance a little bit too long.
You can use this pattern to make sentance No.11.12 and 13
And, what does No.8 mean?
