" The King of the forest" (script) (1)
<<The King of the forest>>
Narrator: One upon a time, there is a forest named ‘Black Forest’. In the ‘Black Forest’, the king of the forest, Lion King has been an elder. He needs to choose other animal to become the king of the forest. He gathers all the animals in the forest and holds a session near the lake.
Lion king: (Stand on the ‘stone’ .)Animals, I have been the king of the forest for twelve years. Now, I’m an elder and I can’t become the king any more. I will choose other animal to become the king!
(All the animals begin to whisper.)
Panther: (Hand up) Choose me! I am the fastest runner in the forest!
Fox: No, you should choose me! I am the cleverest animal in the forest!
Mouse: (Jump hardly to show himself) Choose me!
Tiger: Little mouse, what ability do you have?
Mouse: I can steal the food! Also, I can…I can scare the elephant away!
(Animals laugh at mouse and they all think that he is foolish.)
Lion king: Animals, listen to me!
(All the animals keep quiet immediately)
Lion king: There is only one way to prove who can be the king of the forest. All the animals are strong. If there is an animal which can kill all another animals in the forest, that animal can be chose to be the king of the forest!
(light out)
Narrator: After listen to lion king, all the animals treat others as the enemy. They all fight with each other. All the fights are fights to the death. There is a rabbit called ‘Kung Fu Rabbit’ in the forest. Although he is the best fighter in the forest, he never fights and kills animals.
(light in)
Fox: (glare at him) ‘Kung Fu Rabbit’, let fight with me!
Rabbit: I will not fight with you.
Fox: Why? Are you scared of me?
Rabbit: I need not to scare of you. I never fight with animals.
(Fox begin to scare of Kung Fu Rabbit and he leave.)
Mouse: ‘Kung Fu Rabbit’, although I’m smaller than you, I will not be scared of you! You are smaller than an elephant. You know? I can scare an elephant away!
Rabbit: Mouse, I will not fight with you.
Mouse: (ask him angrily) Why? You look down upon me?
Rabbit: I didn’t look down upon you. Every animal is strong but I never fight with them.
(Mouse feels confusing after listening to Kung Fu Rabbit and the mouse leave.)
